D 365 F&O Presales Architect

Utilizing the a 360 model as a guide, our consultants take clients on a journey through strategy, implementation, customization, and support, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every step of the way.  As a Principal Solution Architect, you will elevate relationships with our accounts by approaching them through a customer experience lens and architecting bleeding-edge technology solutions focused on MS Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) which address their business challenges. In addition, you will be a thought leader both internally and externally, always embodying our core values of innovation, passion, excellence, and integrity. 

Responsibilities

  • Leads and/or participates in sales pursuits to help sell and develop optimal solutions for client business challenges with a primary focus within MS Dynamics F&O.  Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
  • Wins new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making.
  • Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
  • Works with Microsoft product team to deepen understanding of product capability and direction.
  • Provides thought leadership around core GTM solutions internally and externally. Leads technical workshops to drive enablement and business development.
  • Utilizes industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
  • Delivers strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master’s a plus.
  • 2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft technologies in a professional services environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Retail/Manufacturing industry implementing Dynamics 365 F&O stack.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes, and the ability to identify and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that solve business needs.
  • Mastery of one or more of the following Microsoft-related disciplines (in order of importance): D365 Fraud Protection, D365 Finance, D365 Supply Chain Management, D365 Manufacturing and Data & AI.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with C-level employees within target organizations.
  • Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
